Biography

Sheryl Sharp is a Cal Poly GrC Graduate, and a former UGS employee. She worked for UGS as a salesperson and was president of Mat Pica Pi while at Cal Poly.

When at UGS, she was also part of the first all-female GOSS Web Press crew, printing the Mustang Daily at night.

Sheryl has been working in the print industry since graduation, first at a book printer for two years, then she moved to San Francisco to work for ColorGraphics. She has been selling commercial printing in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area for over 30 years. Sheryl taught Introduction to Printing at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco for one year. In 2013 she left ColorGraphics and went to Lahlouh, Inc. where she currently works. She serves clients nationwide and works with several Cal Poly grads on her team. She is excited to begin teaching at Cal Poly Fall 2026.
