The A3 Methodology is used in Lean Six Sigma for improvement and opportunity projects.  Named after the European equivalent of an 11 x 17 sheet of paper, the methodology of solving a problem or finding an opportunity is graphically presented for anyone in the organization to track the teams journey from defining the problem/opportunity to project completion.
