On behalf of Xplor International, I want to thank you and your team for being part of the 2020 Xplor Communication Design Competition. All the teams did an excellent job.
We have received and compiled the scoring sheets from the judges, and I am pleased to inform you that your team is the 2020 Xplor Communication Design Competition winner. Congratulations!
The XPLOR20 conference is being rescheduled. We are moving it from April to September and we will let you know when the dates are finalized.
As the Design Competition Winners:
- Your team will be honored at the XPLOR20 Awards Ceremony at the TradeWinds Island Grand in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Additional details will follow and we hope all four of you can join us.
- Each of you will receive an XPLOR20 Platinum Passport (full conference) registration to attend all sessions and networking events. Please let Jennifer Smith (jennifer@xplor.org) know if you will attend so she can get you registered. We realize you may need to wait until you have your fall class schedule to make this determination. Also, she will need to know if you will be 21 years old on or before September 15, 2020. Proof will be required upon registration package pick up.
- A check will be provided in the amount of $2,000 to California Polytechnic State University to help cover your travel and hotel stay at the TradeWinds Island Grand. Once the dates are finalized, we’ll send you the link to make your hotel reservations.
- Your team will have the opportunity to present your design in a 25-minute educational session during the conference. We hope all of you can participate.
